In the early month we shared the joy of the matrimonial union of our good friend Anna to Wing in Brooklyn, New York. The couple were so blessed because the weather was heavenly, a comfortable 80F in early spring, that's amazing! We are so happy for Anna because she finally found someone to love and most importantly, to love her back.
The same day in KK, our church's friends mourned the loss of a beautiful young lady, a childhood friend of mine.
Two weeks after that Richard gave me a birthday surprise, he joined me and my sis for a reunion with my uncle in Seattle! It made me so excited. I planned for ourselves a time of getaway, shopping and reunion.
And while we were having a blast in Seattle, Richard 's sis broke the news of their dad is diagnosed with cancer in his colon...
Oh God, why this? Why now?

I am sorry to hear that Richard's father being unwell, pray that God will bless him with a speedy recovery after today's operation.
The sudden departure of Annie was a shock to us. Though I had never spoken to her but she will always be remembered.
