It is very expensive to dine Italian in New York, a serving of lasagna could easily cost you $20 - $30. But a homemade one? $30 for 2 baking dish portion!
This is one of the many blessing for having our new housemate, Gabe. He made fabulous lasagne, no joke! How good? I managed to stuffed 2 servings fresh from oven, and brought another 1 1/2 for lunch the next day! Mmmmmm, it was sooooooooooo good, couldn't be better.
